Hormones influence far more than reproduction. They can affect energy, mood, sleep, skin, appetite, metabolism and our overall sense of wellbeing.
Your menstrual cycle can also provide valuable insight into your health. Changes in your cycle, period or symptoms can offer clues about what may be happening within the body, making menstrual health an important part of understanding and supporting your wellbeing.
Support may include concerns around menarche and menstrual health, PMS, painful or heavy periods, irregular cycles, hormonal acne, preconception and fertility, as well as the transition through perimenopause and menopause.
Bloating, constipation, loose stools, reflux, food sensitivities or changes in your digestion can have a significant impact on how you feel day to day.
Your digestive system plays an important role in breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, eliminating waste and supporting immune health. When digestion isn't working well, it can affect how you feel far beyond the gut.
Naturopathic support can explore digestive function, nutrition, gut health and lifestyle factors to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and support healthier digestion and regular elimination.
Feeling tired, depleted or like you are simply not functioning at your best can have many contributing factors. Nutrition, nutrient levels, blood sugar balance, thyroid and hormonal health, stress, sleep and your ability to rest and recover can all influence your energy.
Naturopathic support can help explore these foundations and consider what may be contributing to fatigue, low energy, brain fog, poor concentration or feeling run down, with nutritional and lifestyle support where appropriate.
Sleep and stress are closely connected, and both can have a significant influence on how you feel, think and function each day. Difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night, feeling wired but tired, or struggling to switch off can all affect energy, mood and overall wellbeing.
Naturopathic support can explore the factors influencing your sleep, stress and ability to recover, including daily routines, nutrition, lifestyle and nervous system regulation, with practical strategies to help support more restful sleep and better resilience to everyday stress.
Healthy foundations begin early. Nutrition, digestion, sleep, energy and emotional wellbeing all contribute to a child's growth, development and overall wellbeing.
Naturopathic support can look at the individual child and their unique needs, exploring areas such as nutrition, digestion, sleep, energy, behaviour and general wellbeing. The aim is to support healthy foundations as children grow and help families understand where additional support may be beneficial.

When something doesn’t feel quite right, it can be difficult to know where to start, especially when symptoms overlap, test results don’t tell the whole story, or you’ve been given conflicting advice about what to do next.
I take the time to understand the bigger picture. Together, we look at what may be influencing your health, what matters most to you, and where we can make meaningful changes.
My role is to help you cut through the noise and turn what we learn into practical, personalised steps that fit into your everyday life.

Testing can provide additional insight when symptoms, health history or clinical presentation suggest that further investigation may be useful.

I’m based on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, close to Aldinga, Aldinga Beach, Willunga, Sellicks Beach, McLaren Vale, Maslin Beach, Port Willunga, Seaford, Moana, and Mount Compass.
Consultations are primarily offered online via telehealth, allowing me to work with clients throughout the local area and Australia-wide.
In-home consultations may also be available for regular clients locally.
Not necessarily. For children under 12, I understand that appointments can be long or difficult to sit through, and the consultation may feel overwhelming for some children. There may also be times when it is helpful to discuss health concerns or sensitive information with a parent or caregiver privately.
Your child does not need to be present unless you feel their involvement would be helpful. We can discuss what will work best for you and your child when arranging the appointment.
Every person's health journey is different, and there is no set number of appointments that will suit everyone.
For some people, a small number of appointments may be enough to establish a plan, make changes and build confidence in managing their health. Others, particularly those with more complex or long-standing health concerns, may benefit from regular ongoing support to review progress, adapt their plan and receive continued guidance.
The frequency and duration of care will depend on your individual needs, goals and how your health responds over time.
Possibly. Naturopathy was re-included as an eligible natural therapy for private health insurance extras from 1 July 2025, however not all health funds or policies provide naturopathy benefits.
Your level of cover, annual limits and eligibility will depend on your individual policy, so I recommend checking directly with your health fund before your appointment.
No. Supplements, herbs and other products are not included in the consultation fee and are an additional cost where recommended.
Recommendations are always made based on your individual needs, and supplements are not automatically required.
Yes. I have access to a wide range of supportive testing, which can provide additional insight into your health. This may include blood, urine, stool, saliva or hair mineral testing.
Testing can be a valuable tool, but it is not always necessary to make meaningful progress. If you are interested in testing, we can discuss what may be useful for your individual circumstances and whether the information it provides is likely to add value to your care.
Some tests have additional costs, which we can discuss together before deciding whether testing is right for you.
Yes. Before your initial consultation, you'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire and, where available, attach any recent blood test results or other relevant health reports. This helps provide a detailed picture of your health and allows me to review your information and prepare for our appointment.
